The dragon always holds the ball in his stomach, and the fire ball often reflects the adoration of the sun among Chinese folklore.


• Dragons in China are historically revered by the people. The emperors of ancient Chinese dynasties were seen as reincarnations of dragons as they were always draped in dragon costumes.


• The dragon featured here is actually one of the four Chinese constellation symbols. This majestic creature, known as the Azure Dragon of the East, represents the Eastern Sky and the Spring Season. The other three constellation symbols are Vermilion Bird of the South representing summer, White Tiger of the West symbolising autumn and the Black Tortoise of the North as an embodiment of winter.
